1. How Long Does A Delivery Take ?

All of our products are manufactured and designed in Morocco and shipped from Morocco. So typical Morrokenz offers 2 to 10 business days shipping worldwide.

Important! Customs policies, forces of nature, strikes, and so on are excluded from the stated delivery time.

Packages delivered internationally may be subject to customs duty. In this case, customs officials will inform you about how to receive your order.

Customs duty may vary according to your order. It is the responsibility of the customer to pay duty on any order subject to customs clearance.

2. Can I Pay Cash On Delivery ?

Unfortunately, we don't provide Cash on Delivery options at the moment. However, there are different payment safe and convenient methods available. We accept the following payment methods: Credit Card, Debit Card and Apple Pay or Google Pay.

4. What's Your Return Policy ?

Just tell us what went wrong, send along a pic and we'll give you your money back in full after you send us the product. Then if possible, we can donate your product to a local charity or recycle it.

If there's an issue with your order -- if it's the wrong item, wrong color, defective, or otherwise not exactly what you wanted -- then simply notify us, and we'll give you a refund.

5. How Can I Track My Order ?

You can track your order status in 2 different ways.

- You can track your order with the tracking code provided by SMS or E-mail.
- You can also click on ‘’Track my order?’’ on the homepage and track your order.
Once you place your order, You will receive a confirmation E-mail or SMS, And once your goods are shipped, You will receive a second!
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders, but please bear in mind that on rare occasions, packages may be faced with delays beyond our control such as customs and postal delays.

6. Can I Cancel My Order ?

Cancellations Are Possible If You Do Not Receive Your Package Within The Timeframe Specified For Each Individual Product.
Note : Sometimes orders get sent out before we can process the cancellation. So if you cancel your order but still receive the package, then please go ahead and do one of three things: Recycle it, donate it, or enjoy it.
